Children Under 12 In Conflict with The Law
This protocol coordinates referrals to service amongst local agencies and school boards to ensure that children under 12 years of age having police contact in the Hamilton area or whom are engaging in criminal and or antisocial behaviour are connected with appropriate services in their own community.
